Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations:

  • Prepaid orders may be cancelled within one hour of placement by emailing us at mail@naturenibs.com with your cancellation request.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled as our logistics partners charge us immediately upon pickup completion.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after intimation.
  • For prepaid orders, customers are responsible for delivery and packaging charges in case of a refund.

Returns/ Replacements:

  • Requests for return or replacement must be made within two days of goods delivery, accompanied by proper images.
  • The company will only return or replace goods under the following circumstances:
  1. Receipt of damaged, expired, or incorrect product.
  2. Missing item in the delivery.
  • No requests for replacement or return will be entertained outside of the above-stated reasons.

Refund Exceptions:*

  • Refunds may be subject to inspection and approval before processing. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our return policy criteria.
