Cancellations:
- Prepaid orders may be cancelled within one hour of placement by emailing us at mail@naturenibs.com with your cancellation request.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled as our logistics partners charge us immediately upon pickup completion.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after intimation.
- For prepaid orders, customers are responsible for delivery and packaging charges in case of a refund.
Returns/ Replacements:
- Requests for return or replacement must be made within two days of goods delivery, accompanied by proper images.
- The company will only return or replace goods under the following circumstances:
- Receipt of damaged, expired, or incorrect product.
- Missing item in the delivery.
- No requests for replacement or return will be entertained outside of the above-stated reasons.
Refund Exceptions:*
